- 500 gms of mango pulp
- 6 cups of skimmed milk
- 2 Sachets/4 Pellets Sugar Free Gold
- Save up to 40 kcal by adding Sugar Free Gold.
- Put into a blender all the ingredients and about 6 ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
