- 1 medium watermelon, peeled, seeded and chopped roughly
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tsps Sugar (5g) Free Green Powder
- A pinch of black salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- While cutting a watermelon, lay a damp towel under your chopping board. This will help to keep it from slipping.
- Blend together watermelon and mint in a blender to a fine puree.
- Add Sugar Free Green Powder, black salt and lemon juice and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
