Ingredients

  • 1 medium watermelon, peeled, seeded and chopped roughly
  • 10-15 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tsps Sugar (5g) Free Green Powder
  • A pinch of black salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Cooking tips

  • While cutting a watermelon, lay a damp towel under your chopping board. This will help to keep it from slipping.

Preparation

  • Blend together watermelon and mint in a blender to a fine puree.
  • Add Sugar Free Green Powder, black salt and lemon juice and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour.
  • Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
