Ingredients

  • For Cake:
  • Singhada flour - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Bananas - 2
  • Cream - ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Sugar Free Natura Powder concentrate - ¼ cup
  • For Rabdi:
  • Dry fruits - 1 cup
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Strands of saffron 3-4
  • Cream cheese - ½ cup
  • Grated coconut - ½ cup
  • For Frosting:
  • Whipped cream

Cooking tips

  • Top the cake with the prepared rabdi.

Preparation

  • First add singhada flour and baking powder and mix them well.
  • Take another bowl add mashed bananas, cream, vanilla essence, Sugar Free Natura powder concentrate and mix it well.
  • Make the Rabdi by mixing the grated coconut, milk, dry fruits, cream cheese and saffron.
  • Top the cake with the prepared rabdi.
  • Bake it at 150 degrees preheat + 20 minutes.
