Ingredients

  • For the batter:
  • Refined flour / maida - 1 cup
  • Sooji - ½ cup
  • Milk 1 ½ - 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder - 3 tsp
  • Handful cashews
  • Oil
  • For the stuffing:
  • Coconut - ½ cup
  • Milk powder - ½ cup
  • Sugar Free Natura

  • ​Garnish the Patishapta with cashews and serve.

Preparation

  • Stuffing:
  • Pulse grated coconut
  • 2 pellets of Sugar Free Natura
  • Milk powder in a mixing bowl
  • Method:
  • Make a consistent batter by mixing flour, suji, cocoa powder and milk. Now add coconut stuffing to the batter.
  • Make a pancake out of the mix, by heating oil in a pan.
  • Garnish the Patishapta with cashews and serve.
