Made with fiber-rich oat milk, they are dairy free and light on the stomach. Plus, since they have the sweetness of Sugar Free Green, they can be enjoyed by the diabetics and health conscious guilt free.
Take powdered oats, quick oats, baking powder and Sugar Free Green in a bowl, mix well.
Add oat milk, oil and vanilla essence and whisk well to avoid any lumps.
Heat little oil in a non-stick pan. Add a ladleful of batter and spread lightly.
Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Flip and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Serve with fresh berries.
