Terms and Conditions - Sugar Free Sunday UGC Contest

  • These terms and conditions apply to the #SugarFreeSundays contest (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest") conducted by Zydus Wellness Limited ("Zydus"). This contest is a game of skill and talent, not a game of chance or lottery.
  • By participating in the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of this contest.
  • The Contest is a Meta contest and is open for participation from the day it has been posted. The contest will be live for a period of 5 weeks, and any entries received after that period will not be considered.
  • Entries for the contest will only be accepted and considered for a chance to win if they follow the rules outlined below:
    • - Take a selfie with Sugar Free Green or Sugar Free Natura product.
    • - Bonus points will be awarded if a recipe made with Sugar Free Green or Sugar Free Natura is shown in the same selfie.
    • - Upload the selfie on social media handles (Instagram/Facebook) and tag @sugarfree.india.
    • - Use the hashtag #SugarFreeSundays in their post.
    • - For private accounts, participants must also send a direct message to @sugarfree.india with a screenshot of their post.
  • Basic rules and guidelines:
    • - The participant must follow the Sugar Free India page and tag us while posting the picture.
    • - Sugar Free Green or Sugar Free Natura must be visibly included in the selfie.
  • The decision of Zydus in selecting the participants and winners will be final and binding
  • Participation in the Contest is open exclusively to residents of India who are 18 years or older. Employees of Zydus, its partner agency, and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  • To participate in the Contest, the participant must post a selfie and adhere to all the rules and regulations mentioned in the Contest post.
  • There will be 2 winners announced each week and rewarded with vouchers. Winners will be selected based on multiple factors, including creativity, presentation, and adherence to contest guidelines. At the end of the contest, 5 lucky winners (randomly chosen) will get an exclusive virtual meet and greet with Chef Sanjeev Kapoor.
  • The virtual meet-and-greet for the 5 lucky winners will be conducted on Google Meet for user convenience, subject to change based on the celebrity's availability. Each participant will have a session lasting approximately 5 minutes. Winners will receive the joining details and session guidelines one week in advance.
  • The winners of the contest will be notified via DM’s or their emails about the gratification details and related codes; hence, they are requested to be prompt with redeeming their codes.
  • Zydus will provide certain gift vouchers to the participants via email, which are non-transferable, non-upgradable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If a participant does not claim the code/voucher within the prescribed time and manner, it will be forfeited.
  • Zydus and/or its partner agency are not liable for any loss, damage, or cancellation of the reward due to acts of God, government actions, or any other force majeure event beyond their control.
  • Zydus and/or its partner agency may use participants' photographs, voice, and other content for media coverage, advertisements, or publicity without any compensation to the participant. By participating in this contest, participants grant their consent for the use of their photograph, voice, and other content for media coverage
  • All intellectual property rights in promotional materials, Contest, and responses received as part of the Contest shall exclusively belong to Zydus in perpetuity worldwide.
  • All materials submitted by participants shall be the exclusive property of Zydus, and Zydus shall have the right to use these materials as it deems fit.
  • All disputes related to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. - These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any misrepresentation or fraudulent conduct by a participant will disqualify them from participating in the Contest and claiming any prizes.
  • Failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy available under these Terms and Conditions or the law does not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Zydus and its partner agency.
  • By participating in the Contest, participants authorize and consent Zydus to disseminate information about its consumer products to their contact numbers in the future.
  • Any information collected from participants will be processed as per our Privacy Policy https://www.zyduswellness.com/privacy-policy.php
  • By accepting participation and terms of this contest, the Participants authorize and consent Zydus and/or its partner agency to collect, use, store, process participants' personal information, and to contact them via the contact number, email, address, and/or social media profiles shared by the participants on the brand's official social media handles mentioned above. Participants hereby consent to transfer personal information to Zydus and its affiliates, an agency as essentially required for processing of the personal information for the purpose as mentioned herein.
  • If a participant is dissatisfied with any of these Terms and Conditions, they may choose not to participate in the Contest or discontinue their participation at any stage without making any claims against Zydus.
  • These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between participants and Zydus regarding the Contest and supersede all prior communication, agreements and understandings.
  • Zydus reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Zydus reserves the right to suspend, shorten, modify, extend, or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • Zydus shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability that may arise out of this Contest.
  • Zydus is not responsible for any malfunction/server/technical fault of any kind, either at the participant’s end or the Social Networks, which prevents the participants from taking part in the Contest.
  • Failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy available under these terms and conditions and/or law does not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Zydus and/or its Partner Agency.
  • By virtue of participation in the Contest, the participants entitle Zydus to disseminate information about its consumer products on their contact numbers, in the future.
