Step-by-Step instructions for how to make Sugar Free Mixed Fruit and Nut Frozen Yogurt

Step 1

Drain the soaked apricots and chop.

Step 2

Take Greek yogurt in a bowl. Add golden apricots, mixed nuts and fresh cream and mix well.

Step 3

Add Sugar Free Natura and mix well. Transfer this mixture in ice cream churner, add vanilla extract and churn for 1 hour or till frozen.

Step 4

Slice the apricots. Scoop the frozen yogurt in serving bowls, garnish with sliced apricots, mint sprigs and serve chilled.

Cooking Tips

Make sure the fruits are completely dry before mixing them into the yogurt — any excess moisture can cause ice crystals to form and affect the final texture.
