Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and nicely grease up a cake pan or use a parchment paper to line it.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
Take a large mixing bowl. Sift together all the dry ingredients like the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt.
Mix the Wet Ingredients:
Take another bowl and combine all wet ingredients. Mix the unsweetened applesauce, honey or sugar-free sweetener, orange juice, unsweetened almond milk, olive oil or melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
