Step 1

Roast the cashews lightly and keep them aside.

Step 2

Heat Ghee in a Pan.

Step 3

Add grated papaya and fry it for 5 to 6 minutes till the moisture is evaporated.

Step 4

Add milk, let it cook for a while. Once cooked, add milk powder and saffron.

Step 5

Cook till solid.

Step 6

Add cardamom, remove from flame and let it cool down.

Step 7
