Add milk in a heavy bottomed pot and warm it with Sugar Free Green and vanilla bean paste or essence. Set it aside.
Whisk egg yolk and cornflour until mixed properly.
Transfer the warm milk mixture to the egg and cornflour mixture while continuously mixing it.
Now, on low flame, heat the custard mixture until it thickens.
Once it reaches the consistency you like, take it off the heat.
