Preheat oven to 425°F
Place one crust into a pie pan.
Place thinly sliced apples into a mixing bowl and set aside.
Mix Sugar Free Natura, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a small bowl.
Sprinkle mixture over the apples and toss, until mixed properly.
Transfer the apple mixture into the pie crust carefully.
Place the second crust over the apple filling. Seal edges firmly. Make small cuts in the top crust dough. Cover the edges with foil.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the top crust is golden. Serve warm or chilled.
