In a heavy bottomed pan, heat desi ghee.
Roast besan with the ghee on medium low flame and keep stirring continuously. Roast it until it turns golden and leaves a nutty aroma.
Once done, remove the besan from the pan into a large bowl to cool it.
Now add in Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well. Taste it and adjust the sweetness according to your liking.
Add more ghee if you feel that the mixture is too dry and won’t stay in shape.
Roll the mixture into bite sized balls.
