Halve the lemon and slit the green chilli.
Squeeze the lemon in a cocktail shaker. Add green chilli, ice, soaked sabza seeds, mint leaves, Sugar Free Natura and 1 cup chilled water.
Cover the lid and shake well.
Add mango pieces to the serving glasses and muddle lightly.
Transfer the lemon mixture into glass without straining and serve chilled.
