Being busy often makes us neglect our health however, we can explore nutritious yet easy breakfast options. One of such option is this Blueberry chia pudding. It’s not just nutritious, it’s easy to make, uses limited ingredients and is very aesthetic to look at. Moreover, by replacing sugar with sugar free, it is just perfect for those who are trying to avoid the empty calories from sugar.
Transfer blueberries in a blender jar. Add oats, almond milk and blend till smooth.
Transfer in a bowl. Add chia seeds, Sugar Free Green and mix well. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Heat a non-stick pan. Add flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and melon seeds and toast lightly.
To serve, pour individual portions of pudding in a bowl, top with strawberries, blueberries and dragon fruit. Sprinkle toasted seeds.
Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
