ItalianHeat a nonstick pan. Add blueberries, 1½ tbsps Sugar Free Green Stevia and salt and cook until the berries are pulpy and the mixture slightly thickens. Set aside to cool.
Heat milk in another nonstick pan. Add cornflour slurry and cook on medium heat till the mixture is thick. Add remaining Sugar Free Green Stevia and mix well.
Transfer in a bowl and allow to cool. Add cooked blueberries to milk mixture and mix well. Add whipped cream and mix well.
Transfer the mixture in ice cream churner and churn for 45 minutes or till frozen.
Scoop, garnish with fresh blueberries, mint sprigs and serve chilled.
Use ripe, fresh blueberries for the best flavour.
