In a heavy bottomed pan, roast the sesame seeds lightly until they change the colour and leave an aroma. Keep aside.
In the same pan, roast the khoya until it starts melting. Add ghee and cook for 2 minutes more.
Take the roasted sesame seeds and blend them into fine powder in a mixer blender.
In a large bowl, add khoya and the powdered sesame seeds. Mix well and then add Sugar Free Natura. The heat of khoya will help the sweetener to mix well.
Add the chopped nuts and cardamom powder to the mixture as well. Mix.
Now grease your palm and roll the laddus.
