Ingredients
- 60gms Ghee
- 185gms Rava (Sooji)
- Chopped Cashews and Almonds
- 90gms Grated Coconut
- 10gms Raisins
- 12 measured tsp of Sugar Free Green
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 tbsp Milk

- Use fine sooji to make extra soft laddus
- If the mixture is too soft and not forming into shape, add 1 tsp ghee.
Method
Step-by-step Instructions for Sugar Free Rava Laddu Recipe
- Take a pan. Heat ghee on low flame.
- Add rava to the pan. Roast it on low flame while regularly stirring it for 10-15 minutes. Then transfer it to a bowl.
- Add a little more ghee to the same pan, then toss in the chopped nuts. Roast them well. Then add raisins and roast until they swell.
- Now, add the roasted rava to the mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add grated coconut and continue roasting.
- Finally, add Sugar Free Green. Mix properly.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder and continue cooking.
- Take the pan off the heat and let the rava mixture cool completely at room temperature.
- Add milk and make a sticky dough-like mixture.
- Grease your palms with a little amount of ghee and roll portions of dough to make laddus.
