Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh khoya
- 90 grams of Sugar Free Green or any stevia based sweetener
- 1 tbsp milk
- 4-5 saffron strands
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 5-10 flaked almonds (to use as garnish)

- In tbsp warm milk add saffron stands and keep aside.
- In a heavy bottomed pan, add khoya and Sugar Free Green Powder (or any other stevia based sweetener)
- Stir the mixture continuously and cook well.
- As the mixture thickens, add cardamom powder and the saffron milk. Mix well.
- Leave the mixture at room temperature to cool down.
