FusionBut what if we gave it a healthy and an earthy twist? This Matcha Tiramisu recipe is a sugar-free, dairy-free alternative that brings the goodness of matcha together with a creamy coconut and tofu-based cream. Try it now for a perfect guiltfree sweet treat.
To make the cream mixture, transfer the silken tofu to blender jar. Add Sugar Free Natura and vanilla extract and coconut cream and blend to fine mixture. Fill this mixture in a piping bag and set aside.
To make the matcha concoction, add the matcha powder to a small bowl. Pour in the ¼ cup hot water and add the Sugar Free Natura. Stir to dissolve the matcha and Sugar Free Natura.
Dip the cake pieces into the matcha concoction and add it to the serving bowls.
Pipe the cream mixture on top of it. Repeat this step one more time to have two layers of cake and two layers of cream.
Refrigerate the tiramisus for at least 4 hours to allow the cream mixture to thicken. Just before serving, sprinkle with matcha powder and serve immediately.
