Grind ½ cup makhana, 5 cashews and 5 almonds in a mixer blender. Keep aside.
Mix milk, saffron strands and powdered nuts in a pan and let the mixture cook. Keep stirring.
Add Sugar Free Natura or any preferred sweetener and mix.
Cook until the kheer mixture thickens and turns creamy.
In a separate pan, roast cashews, almonds, raisins and makhana in 1 tbsp ghee.
Transfer the roasted nuts into the kheer mixture along with cardamom powder.
