  • 1 cup milk powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Water for kneading
  • Oil for deep frying

  • Let the fried dough balls cool, before adding them to the prepared syrup.

  • Take milk powder, all purpose flour, oil, and baking soda and knead the ingredients by adding water slowly. Ensure that you simply mix the ingredients and the dough should not be too soft or too tight.
  • Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

  • Boil the syrup and mix rose water, lemon water, cardamom powder and a few strands of saffron in it. Keep it aside.

  • Take them out from the oil and transfer to the already prepared sugar syrup.
