Cut the paneer into small bite size cubes and soak them in warm milk for 10 mins.
After it turns soft, transfer paneer to a blender and make a puree.
Now, transfer the paneer puree in a non-stick heavy bottomed pan. Cook it on low flame while regularly stirring for 5-6 minutes.
You will notice that the mixture is thickening within 4-5 mins.
Increase the flame and cook until it becomes thick.
Turn the flame off and add Sugar Free Natura Powder and cardamom powder.
Cover it and set it aside for it to cool down.
Transfer the mixture to a plate and knead it with palm and fingers.
Now, make small balls or square shapes out of the sandesh mixture. Garnish with some chopped nuts.
