- ¾ cup Ghee
- 1 cup Singhara Atta
- ½ cup grated dry Coconut
- 1 cup Sugar Free Natura
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- ½ cup Dry fruits chopped
- 3 tbsp Melon seeds

- In a pan dry roast peanuts till golden brown. Ensure that you keep the flame low for the whole nut to become crunchy.
- Let them cool slightly. Once cooled, remove the skin from the peanuts and set them aside.

- In a pan, heat ghee. Now add singhara atta and cook until it becomes brown in colour and it starts separating the ghee.
- Once the flame is off, stir the powdered peanuts into the ghee mixture. Mix well.

- Mix and then roll the mixture into laddus.
