In a pan, heat some ghee. Roast badam, cashews and pistachios until they turn crunchy. Keep aside.
In the same ghee, roast ½ cup raisins and anjeer. Keep aside.
Dry roast pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame, poppy seeds and grated coconut. Keep aside.
Combine all the roasted ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.
In a large pan, heat some ghee and add Sugar Free Green. Cook on low flame.
Once the sweetener is mixed well, add the roasted nuts and mix until well combined.
Cool the mixture and shape the laddus.
