South IndianThis delightful dessert combines the natural sweetness of coconut with aromatic cardamom and crunchy toasted nuts, making it a perfect treat for any occasion. The best part? It’s made without refined sugar, all thanks to Sugar Free Green, a natural sweetener that lets you enjoy sweetness without any compromise.
Heat a nonstick pan. Add tender coconut flesh, tender coconut water and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
Add Sugar Free Green, green cardamom powder and mix well.
Once Sugar Free Green dissolves, add coconut milk and mix well.
Reserve some cashews for garnish and add the remaining to the pan along with raisins. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Allow it to cool completely.
Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with remaining cashew nuts and serve.
