Perfect for a mid-day pick-me-up or an after-dinner treat, this Sugar Free Coffee Jelly Frappe recipe is simple to make at home.
To prepare coffee jelly, place agar agar powder and ¼ cup water in a small bowl. Mix until agar agar powder is dissolved. Allow to bloom for about 3 minutes.
Heat 2 cups water, in a deep non-stick pan. Add coffee powder and 7 measures Sugar Free Green and allow to boil.
Take dissolved agar in a bigger bowl, add half the coffee decoction and mix well. Chill in refrigerator till it sets like a jelly.
Take a Boston shaker, add ice cubes, remaining coffee decoction, oat milk and remaining Sugar Free Green. Close the lid and shake well.
Take the set coffee jelly and cut into small pieces.
Take a tall glass, put few spoons of jelly at the base and pour the frappe over it.
Serve chilled.
