For the final Puran Poli recipe
Take the dough and knead it again. Divide it into 3 portions.
Now take 2 parchment papers, grease it with oil and roll out one portion of the dough into a thin chapati using either the hand or rolling pins, in between the sheets.
Cut it into a round shape with a cutter. Now place a portion of the stuffing into half of the circular dough.
Spread it out into a semi-circle leaving edges to press. Now with the help of the parchment sheet cover the other half on the stuffing and press it lightly.
Follow the same practice for all other portions.
Now, heat a non-stick pan or tawa and brush it with ghee.
Roast all the Puran Polis till they turn golden-brown.
