Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees.
Mix almond flour, butter, egg, baking soda together until it turns into a thick batter. Now add vinegar and mix again.
Spread this mixture on a parchment paper and shape it into biscuits.
Bake the biscuits for about 20 minutes until they turn crunchy.
Heat the cream and then add erythritol and 5 tsp Sugar Free Green.
Stir it until it thickens. Now add the cocoa powder.
Let it cool and make sure it reaches the desired cream consistency. If not, then heat it again.
Now spread the cream between two biscuits. Serve them as you like!
