In a pan, roast cashew in ghee until they are golden brown and aromatic. Keep aside.
Transfer urad dal and rice in the same pan and roast them until they are golden brown.
Remove from the heat and let them cool down completely.
Transfer the roasted dal and rice in a blender jar and blend to make a fine powder.
Mix cardamom powder and Sugar Free Green into the mixture and blend again.
Transfer the mixture in a large bowl and mix cashews and ghee.
Now to make the laddu, grease palms with ghee and start rolling the mixture.
