Heat ghee in a large heavy-bottomed pan and add wheat rava in it to roast.
Roast well until the wheat rava turns golden.
Now, add hot water while stirring. Mix well.
Add saffron strands and the food colour and mix until wheat rava absorbs all the water.
Add Sugar Free Green (or any other stevia based sweetener) and mix well.
Cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
If the mixture starts to separate the pan, it is ready.
Cover and let it cool slightly.
Now add cardamom powder, cashews, pistachios and melon seeds.
Start shaping the laddus by rolling them in between your palms. Remember to grease them with ghee to make the process easy!
