Mix ragi and wheat flour into a mixing bowl.
Add baking powder, cardamom powder and Sugar Free Natura powder to it and mix well.
Add melted ghee or butter to the flour mixture. Make a dough of it. Use milk to bring it all together.
Cover the dough and store it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 170 degree celsius for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, divide the dough into small balls and flatne them slightly.
Place them on a baking tray layered with parchment paper. Keep 1 inch distance between each.
Bake the Sugar Free Ragi Biscuits for about 15 minutes. Check if the biscuit top is sticky, if not, your cookies are done.
