Prepare the custard
Take ¾ cup milk and mix custard powder in it. Ensure that it has no lumps.
Now, transfer the mix to a pan on low flame. Let it cook.
Once the custard starts looking glossy, add to it 9 measures of Sugar free Green powder to add sweetness.
Let it cook more and thicken.
Now, transfer custard to a bowl, and keep it in the fridge let it cool down
Prepare strawberry jam
Take chopped strawberries and add them to a pan.
Add water to strawberries and let them cook.
Once strawberries are cooked, add dried rose petals to it.
Now add 4 measures of Sugar Free Green powder to the strawberries.
Mix it well and let it cool down.
Prepare the tart
Take a piping bag and add the nozzel of your choice to it.
Spread out the ready made tart shells.
Fill up the tart with strawberry and rose sauce.
Take out the cold custard and add unsweetened whipped cream to it. Mix it well.
Now, transfer the custard to the piping bag.
Use the piping bag to top the tart shells.
Garnish it with blanched pistachio.
