Made with the refreshing taste of jackfruit and sweetened with Sugar Free Natura, it’s the perfect healthy indulgence. Now, head to the kitchen and whip up this yum and easy recipe with the simplest of ingredients.
Prepare the custard/thickener
Heat the milk in a panuntil it’s warm
Mix cornstarch in the warm milk. Make sure to stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Continue stirring until it becomes smooth.
Ice cream preparation
In a blender, mix jackfruit pieces, fresh cream, ripe jackfruit pulp, milk powder together.
Blend the mixture until smooth.
Check for taste and texture.
Now, add Sugar Free Natura to add sweetness.
Add the milk and cornstarch mixture to the blender as well.
Add milk powder to it.
Blend it again.
Set the ice cream
Pour the blended ice cream mixture to a container
Sprinkle some ripe jackfruit pieces to it to add an extra fruity layer.
Cover the container and place it in the freezer to freeze.
Serve the chilled ice cream
Scoop the chilled jackfruit ice cream into bowls
Garnish with a mint or basil leaf.
