That’s why our #SugarFreeSundays special, the Mango Sabza Sundae, combines luscious mango goodness with the refreshing twist of sabza seeds. This indulgent summer treat is completely sugar-free, making it the perfect guilt-free dessert to cool down with!

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions to make Mango Sabza Sundae

Step 1

Take fresh cream in a bowl. Add milk powder and whisk well.

Step 2

Add mango pulp and Sugar Free Natura and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture in airtight container and freeze for 8-10 hours.

Step 4

Take a sundae glass, add chopped mangoes at the base, apply some dark chocolate sauce on the sides of the glass and drizzle some on top of mangoes.

Step 5

Add a scoop of prepared ice cream and sprinkle almonds and cashew nuts on top.

Step 6

Add half the soaked basil seeds and some more chopped mangoes.

Step 7

Add 1½ more scoops of ice cream, drizzle dark chocolate sauce, add remaining basil seeds, sprinkle some more cashew nuts and almonds on top.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped mangoes and serve chilled.

Cooking Tips

  • This recipe makes 8 scoops of ice cream. This sundae can easily be shared between 2 people. If you want to make smaller sundae portion, use 1 scoop of ice cream for each portion.
