FusionCan you imagine summer without mango ice cream? Neither can we! That’s why our #SugarFreeSundays special, the Mango Sabza Sundae, combines luscious mango goodness with the refreshing twist of sabza seeds. This indulgent summer treat is completely sugar-free, making it the perfect guilt-free dessert to cool down with!
Take fresh cream in a bowl. Add milk powder and whisk well.
Add mango pulp and Sugar Free Natura and mix well.
Transfer the mixture in airtight container and freeze for 8-10 hours.
Take a sundae glass, add chopped mangoes at the base, apply some dark chocolate sauce on the sides of the glass and drizzle some on top of mangoes.
Add a scoop of prepared ice cream and sprinkle almonds and cashew nuts on top.
Add half the soaked basil seeds and some more chopped mangoes.
Add 1½ more scoops of ice cream, drizzle dark chocolate sauce, add remaining basil seeds, sprinkle some more cashew nuts and almonds on top.
Garnish with chopped mangoes and serve chilled.
