Singhara cake with rabdi

Ingredients

  • For Cake:
  • 1 cup Singhara flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Bananas
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • ¼ cup Sugar Free Natura Powder concentrate
  • For Rabdi:
  • 1 cup Dry fruits
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 3-4 Strands of saffron
  • ½ cup Cream cheese
  • ½ cup Grated coconut
  • For frosting:
  • Whipped cream

Method

  • First add Singhara flour and baking powder and mix them well.
  • Take another bowl add mashed bananas, cream, vanilla essence, Sugar Free Natura powder concentrate and mix it well.
  • Make the Rabdi by mixing the grated coconut, milk, dry fruits, cream cheese and saffron.
  • Top the cake with the prepared rabdi
  • Bake it at 150 degrees preheat + 20 minutes.
