Ingredients

  • For the batter:
  • 1 cup Refined flour / maida
  • ½ cup Sooji
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups Milk
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • Handful cashews
  • Oil to cook the patishapta
  • For the stuffing:
  • ½ cup Coconut
  • ½ cup Milk powder
  • 2 pellets Sugar Free Natura

Method

  • Stuffing:
  • Pulse grated coconut, 2 pellets of Sugar Free Natura and milk powder in a mixing bowl
  • Method:
  • Make a consistent batter by mixing flour, suji, cocoa powder and milk. Now add coconut stuffing to the batter.
  • Make a pancake out of the mix, by heating oil in a pan.
  • Garnish the Patishapta with cashews and serve.
